Description: A generous blend in which Feteasca Neagra brings in the intense color, the body and the individuality, Pinot Noir adds complexity and Merlot gives smoothness and persistence. This dry wine impresses by its complex aroma, fulfilled by an imperceptible combination of vanilla, walnut, forest fruits, dry flowers and spices, that are well harmonised by barrel maturation. Warm, savoury, well balanced.

Food pairing: Veal and game, pork, beef with rich sauces, cheese

Serve: at 18 - 19 0 C. Decant this wine to improve its qualities.
